5. Intellectual Property

Client Materials: You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us for the project.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you will own the custom work product created specifically for your project, subject to any third-party licenses.

Our Tools: ZTOI TECH retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, and methodologies used in delivering services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

7. Warranty and Liability

Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Specific warranty terms are outlined in individual project agreements.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZTOI TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement according to the terms specified therein. Upon termination:

Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date
All confidential information shall be returned or destroyed
Licenses granted shall terminate as specified in the agreement

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
Use automated systems to access the website without permission
Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the website's operation

10. Indemnification
